In my case possession of villa in Eden Abad was due in Dec. 2008. All Installments have been paid except developing charges, i.e., 82% of the total amount has been paid where as the development is not more than 30%. Now they are demanding development charges also and threatening of booking cancellation. Any suggestion how to deal this. Any info. about people who filed cases agains Eden.
