On 04/17/10 I took a script to the drive through window for my son. I submitted my insurance card. The script was for vicodin. The pharmacist came back and said he could not get the insurance to go through and I would have to pay full price ($13.99). This was not a big deal; my copay would have been $7.00. He said he would call Cigna in the morning and once he got it run through I would be issued a refund. He said he would need to keep my insurance card. I paid the $13.99 and left with the meds.
