Unbelievably Poor Warranty Lack of Service 10 months ago, I bought a condo. I am the first owner of the condo, although the building was 3 years old at the time. According to their "warranty", I had 1 year after my date of purchase. I immediately registered ALL of my appliances. Upon moving in, the refrigerator did not work. I immediately contacted a Frigidaire approved repair company. They REFUSED to service my appliance, because Frigidaire "had a history of not honoring warranties in the building".
