Last September, my mortgage was transferred from Taylor, Bean and Whitaker to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP. During this transfer, my August payment has never been accounted for to date, even at 9 months later. I keep getting collection letters, late charges, etc... for a payment that I made. It's very disheartening to know that in these tough times, I am 100% current on my mortgage yet BAC has yet to recognize the correct status of my account.
