I have been trying to close my account for almost a month now. I sent the equipment back, but each time I call, I am told the account cancellation is on hold pending receipt of the equipment. I've had several people confirm with the warehouse that the equipment has been returned and they supposedly notated my account saying so, but each time, I'm told that I have to talk to account services and they will cancel the account.
