I am unhappy with their service and asked them to cancel my accounts and refund my deposit. They are giving me hard time for refund of my deposit and telling me that it will take 60 business days to refund. Whereas their sales rep from India told me at the time of subscription of service that in case of cancellation, my deposit will be refunded in 48 hours back in my credit card.
