I asked JustAnswer a question regarding a fault in my washing machine. No response after a few weeks. I have no faith in this "company". I have since requested a refund. I won't hold my breath, but will lodge another complaint when it doesn't happen in about 3-5 days. My advice is DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. read full review »
