The only reason we went there in the first place is they were on the approved providers list and close out our house. I wish I had checked the BBB rating and seen the "F" rating and kept searching. I was not crazy about the "open concept" where work is done in chairs in cubicles but the staff seemed professional on the actual visits. My complaint is the billing area in New York. My visits were in 6/08 the first few months they failed to submit the proper paperwork to the insurance company and the claims were denied. I... read full review »
