I shopped for a product through google shopping. The lowest price was by a seller named M & T Sales ( or M&T Sales) on eCrater. I bought and paid with PayPal. The product was never shipped, so I commenced a PayPal complaint. The seller contacted me to tell me he was ready to ship, but company policy would not allow him to do so until I took away the PayPal Dispute.
