I ordered 3 items from this place. Normal business like these will say whether an item is in-stock or not. ClairHair does not. I placed an order one day and another order the next day, my mistake. I check my account and the money was already taken by the company. So I check the website and apparently, the first item is on backorder. I call and they tell me it won't be in for a month. I then ask if my second order will be okay and if BOTH items in that order are in the facility. I am told that YES they are and they will be sent out... read full review »
