I have been calling CitiMortgage since January trying to talk to someone from Loss Mitigation Department to work out a repayment plan or get a modification on the house loan. I have been contacting creditors and CitiMortgage because I got sick from a head tumor. I had to take weeks off for Family Medical Leave from teaching. I just got radio-surgery for the tumor in mid-May. On June 4th, 2010 CitiMortgage sent me a letter that my house is being foreclosure and the sale date is July 6.
