They say that members (macys card holders) recieve special discount coupons in mail..Its been more than a year I have been a member of macy's...I have NOT receive a SINGLE coupon on my name... When I call up the customer service, each time the call takes around 30mins and each time they have a different answer..The first representative says that I have not used my card to be eligible to receive the coupons (And the truth is I use my card ATLEAST once in a month, How often do they want me to use the card???? ) The second rep say... read full review »
