We ordered a pair of shoes from www.findnike.com. We were sent the wrong shoes in the wrong size. I made numerous attempts to contact customer service with the details of my delivery error and they continually replied in broken English emails refusing to offer me a phone number or someone who spoke English to speak with. I sent them pictures of the shoes sent in error, links to the website showing the correct shoes, ..nothing has worked. Now I am just being ignored.
