After FOUR weeks of back and forth canned emails from their customer support (laughable), I am no where close to getting a refund of almost $200 dollars in merchandise that was sold to me as being genuine and of good quality. What I received was fake counterfeit products, cd driver disks with viruses, and crap that was built with substandard materials and shipped poorly packed so most of it was broken upon arrival.
