I purchased an 08 escape in january. I've had the car for 2 months and has an engine problem and transmission fluid leak. They told me they would need the car for 5 days. They absolutely would NOT give me a loaner. I explained I have children to get to school and a son with disabilities who needs to take weekly visits to Cambridge. The absolutely could care less. I do not feel they should have given me a hard time when I've had the thig for 2 months. It should not have had big issues like that already! read full review »
