I join the ranks of the duped and dissatisfied. I ordered lotion at the beginning of March and they keep telling me it has been shipped. I have requested cancellation of the order and a refund twice, to which I have received the same response, "It has been shipped. You should receive it this week." I am going to contact my credit union to see if they can help me, but I used a debit card so I'm not sure if they can do anything. I advise people never to use this company, and when using other internet companies, either use Paypal or a credit card--they will solve issues like this for you.
