Received a very "official" renewal notice for a British magazine that I subscribe to, Country Living. Sent a cheque for$37.50 to this company, a partial payment towards the subscription renewal and I then started getting calls from the actual agent for the magazine, Express Mag, concerning my subscription and it's impending lapse in service...got curious and "google-ed" Publishers Billing Exchange and found out that they are fraudsters! read full review »
