TTI Floor Care North America, sometimes known better by their vacuum cleaner brand "Dirt Devil" has horrible customer service. In order to fill the vacuum cleaner's warranty I was told I had to drive 2 1/2 hours (with gas prices at $3/gallon) to a repair store, then after it was inspected & determined that it could indeed be something included in the warranty that was wrong with it, I'd have to PAY to ship it back...so pay about $60 or more to ship back my broken/hazardous vacuum cleaner.
