I bought a Plantronics Bluetooth headset from eCost. It was advertised as new, and it looked like a good deal. When I received it, it was not in its original packaging. It was in a little bubble envelope, with only 1 ear bud (instead of a set), with a power cord that had been rewound, and with incomplete documentation. In fact, their effort at providing a user guide was only a few pages on a photocopied sheet of paper.
