I placed an order for delivery at Dominos Pizza in Florence Ms.. I was out on hold for 8 minutes, The guy that took my order was constantly speaking to a co-worker or friend about things that were totally unrelated to work, while i was trying to place my order! He didn't even let me finish my order when he blurted out the price and proceeded to hang up, i quickly asked him why he didn't ask my address since the pizza was to be delivered, he said "yeah i got it" and hung up! He was totally unprofessional!!! i am a waitress myself, I know how important customer service is for a business, the service i received was unacceptable! read full review »
