Cancelled my membershipp before I moved out of state and kept recieving bills. Called asked to speak to the manager and was told they had no record of my cancellation. Manager told me they had no customer service department and would not give me the name of the franchise owner to lodge a complaint. It was only after a threat of the better business beaureu that he cancelled my membership over the phone.
