I seem to be one of many, many, MANY dissatisfied customers who signed up for this flex-spending program. When money is deducted from my paycheck every two weeks to be put in this fund for tax-free health care spending, it seems like a good idea at first. But soon WageWorks begins questioning every single use of your card; even doctors' co-pays get questioned.
