I have had a change in my income i called and asked for a break in programing price and was only offered more channels at a discounted rate, my goal was to receive same programing at lower cost seeing i could cancel and switch to dish and would be considerably cheaper, only after calling to cancel was i given a discount but then i lost some of my channels all i got was less service for less price, i have paid them over 8, 000 dollars in the past ten years, how can they spend so much on advertising and new customer discounts but nothing to retain customers, i wouldn't recommend direct tv to my mother in law. read full review »
