I personally went in to try and purchase a washer and dryer. After telling me they would be able to have the pair delivered to me the next day, I filled out a finance form to purchase the product. They then informed me that they do not know when they would be able to deliver the products. No estimate whatsoever. They then completed a credit card in my name WITHOUT my permission. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and filled fraud on my credit. I cannot believe that they would do this. They wouldn't even give me my personal information back.
