Eric Marsh of Mermaid Waterscapes was going to coat a waterfall and he gave me two people that loved him and the other reference I couldn't reach. That was good enough for me and I agreed to his terms. On the start date a person showed up at my house(not Eric Marsh). He said he worked for the "Durable Company" in broken english. I asked if Mr. Marsh the owner will arrive and he said that is not needed and that he is experienced. I was not suspicious at the time.
