Horrible service. We started our Ch 7 Bankruptcy in late October 2009. Our account was paid in full in December 09. Despite sending in all paperwork in a timely manner, I never heard from the attorney. I called to ask the status, and was told they hadn't received all the paperwork. I informed them that I had, in fact, sent it all. But, because, I was at their mercy, resent it again. As time went by, I heard nothing. I called again. I was told they were waiting on paperwork.
