Paid £285 each for 2 VIP experience tickets. Face value of tickets £70 (ok). Recieved a programme worth £15 leaving a balance of £200. This £200 got me 3 drinks and a mouthful of food. The service was disgusting and at one point the bar ran out of beer. The information we recieved before the event was non existant and we spent the first half hour walking backwards and forwards until eventually we got to the so called "VIP Area" in this case a place called The Loft.
