I ordered the free product and just paid shipping and handling fees of $3.87 and I ordered it on the 28th of May 2010 and i received it on the 2nd of June 2010 which was 6 days later and i figured the 10 day trial period was from when you received it since there is no reason to count days that you don't have the product and so i called over the weekend and could not get through and then tried first thing Monday June 7, 2010 and they said i was outside the 10 days because it started from when i ordered and that all they could do for me wa... read full review »
