I tried to buy and download a software program through Broderbund four times, each time I received an error message and was unable to complete the transaction. Still, Broderbund billed my account for each attempt. I have attempted to get a refund through several Emails, still no real response, just automated replies. They have a phone number for ordering, but no number for more complicated issues. Surprisingly poor customer service for such a successful company. Guess I should have read some other reviews first, I would have steered clear of this company for sure. I'm not counting on a refund. read full review »
