I recieved this tiny piece of paper when trying to cash a check on a sunday (couldnt go to my bank because they were closed) so I called the number that day and they couldnt find the attempted transaction. So I called again today really wanting to find out if there was something wrong with my credit. I was told by the automated voice that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the check or anything outstanding that would affect me cashing it only that they follow consumer patterns and thought they were protecting me somehow from fraud.
