I went to Garden Ridge today to return a picture and small bouquet of artificial flowers that I had bought just 2 days ago. Both were in perfect condition and I had the receipt. The manager, however, refused to refund the $3.99 for the flowers because they did not have a sticker with a code on them (I am not even sure that they had the sticker when I bought them).
