I was lucky to be rear-ended by one of their drivers on Dec 22nd, , right before Christmas, , , and this driver managed to cause a 4 car accident, not to mention my car was the only one totaled. I unfortunately only had liability insurance and since it is no fun getting into an accident, I thought this company would take care of me and keep in contact with me-WRONG!
