I'm very upset about the quality of care I received just today at the Pharmcay at your Rego Park Store. I consulted with a pharmacy tech regarding a prescription for an antibiotic medication for my 4 year old son who had just completed surgery that same day. I asked her whether they had the medication and she said they did. The prescription was then given to the pharmacist to fill. I informed them that my son just finished surgery and that I would wait for the medication. They took over an hour and still did not call my name... read full review »
