Picked up a car at Budget Quebec City airport and gave them a $50.00 Airmiles gift certificate that would more then cover the cost of the one day rental. Although there was very detailed instructions in English and French on the coupon the clerk "didn't know how to enter it" . She did however assure me that her supervisor would enter it the next day.
