We signed up for AT&T U-Verse in April 2009, we have had nothing but headaches since. The service is inconsistent, freezing during the best play of the game or the climax of the movie, not to mention that while the TV service is frozen, the internet does not work, not does the telephone. That's right, if you are on a call it is dropped, writing an e-mail or blog, and it's lost! This is beyond just an annoyance, it is actually a safety concern... we have no phone service if AT&T freezes! Sometimes its only a 10 second freeze... read full review »
