Here is the timeline of my awful experience with saleeater.com : * Feb 15, 2010: DVD order placed * Feb 18, 2010: Email received that order has shipped; checking account charged for the order. * Mar 1, 2010: I send an email to saleeater.com, asking for the status of my shipment. * Mar 3, 2010: I send a second email, requesting the status of my shipment.
