I have ordered 13 items from this company. 2 of the items took more than a month to ship, even though the website says the product ships in 1-2 days. The first time it took a month to ship my product, i had several e-mail correspondence with one of their customer support personnel. Each e-mail was rude and she came off like i had inconvenienced her by asking for the product i paid for...a month earlier!!
