My husband and I bought a Samsung Refrigerator 3 years ago from Lowe's . I love the refrigerator until March 2010. The freezer section froze up and to be defrosted manually. I called Rick's Appliance, a local repair company. The service tech came out and told the door to the freezer wasn't closed all the way and the freezer froze up, plus the icemaker ceased to make any ice.
