I had a very unsatisfactory experience at a local Hollister retail store. I tried to take it up with the manager, and the only reply I got was that he would talk about my dissatisfaction at their next store meeting, not even an apology for the way I'd been mis-treated. I tried to get a phone number, and finally found a "customer service" number online (not an easy task!) I was advised they do not address concerns by phone at all.
