I attempted to fill a prescription at the Walgreens in Hurst, TX for my mother who had just been released from the hospital. Not only did the prescription take 3 hours to fill (was promised 2 hours -still ridiculous) Employee Cole was very rude when i called to check on why the prescription was late- responding with "we service over 1, 000 customers a day. I don't know when it will be ready...could be 45 more minutes, could be 3 more hours." WOW. We will be taking our business to the CVS across the street. read full review »
