I had a coupon to go to this dental office in Plano for an exam and cleaning. When the hygienist got done with me, she told me that I needed a $900 (additional) deep cleaning because I had periodontal disease. I had periodontal surgery several years ago and no longer have the disease. Today I went to another dentist to get a full workup for the Peace Corps and they told me I just needed an $81 regular cleaning. When I called Texas Dental and explained, they again refused to give me the regular cleaning. Seems to me they are just trying gouge me.
