It's a nail filer that uses batteries, and it's supposed to be safe and your pet is supposed to love it... WRONG. I have tried to use it on my Shih-Tzu and he bit me. I followed the instructions, even tried the introduction recommended... NOTHING worked. Don't waste your money. read full review »
