Today I shopped at Wal Mart Parkersburg WV. My purchase was just over $38. When I got home-Elizabeth WV- I found they had not put a ham-I was charged with- in the order. As it is 20 miles to the store -I called and was told yes my ham was at the checkout counter. I drove the 20 miles back to the store, and after some confusion I ended at customer service. They finally found the ham. I explained to the young lady that that their mistake had cost me over an hour and the expense of the 40 mile round trip. She laughed and said "things happen" .
