I went to the store because I had recently bought a necklace. I brought the necklace to the store for a refund/credit/exhange because the glass gem slipped off the chord and shattered into pieces. The gem should have caught onto something so that it doesn't easily come off the chord. I was lucky that nobody got hurt from stepping on the glass pieces. Anyhow, I took it back and the owner said that the item was not defective and gave me a ten percent discount on my next purchase.
