Scheduled an appointment for them to come to our house to replace our cracked windshield. The appointment time was for noon - 6 pm so I had to stay home from work. I called around 4:30 to confirm they were still going to come and was assured arrival between 5:30 and 6 pm. At 7 pm they still had not arrived, nor had they called to reschedule.
