Samsung is the most worthless company that ever dared to call themselves a manufacturer. They claim to have a 2-3 year warranty on their HDD's. When you call in for service, you stay on hold & then get no actual help. IF you get any information, you are referred to a webpage to submit for an RMA... Then the webpage doesn't work on any computer using any browser... After you get absolutely fed up & start threatening lives (process been going on for a month), you get an email stating that their 3 year warranty is someone elses responsibility...
