My husband and I bought a home in beautiful Fieldstone farms in Dec 7 2010 .. We had a contract which Specified 250.00 yearly for HOA dues ... Now we are being told if we dont pay 500 a year they dont care they will just put a lean on every house they need to .. WOW .. The Contract of HOA which Specifies what is being paid for Lanscaping Etc .. They are failing to provide us with info promised in contract as far as New Amenties .. Etc ..
