After purchasing a Concert Package through Ticketmaster the offer was changed to include worthless merchandise. I contacted Ticketmaster whom after rudely transferring me around from call center to call center, passed me off to Randy Braverman of Brothers Merchandising. A man who seems helpful at first, but simply keeps putting you off in the hopes you will go away.
