I cancelled a "White Teeth" trial on 3-29-10 after being informed of membership charge of $169.95. The cancellation was confirmed, and was told on numerous occasions the refund was forthcoming - by phone on 3-29, 4-5, 4-12, 4-19, 4-29, 5-17, 5-27. As of 6-8, no refund. I sent an e-mail 5-28, to which they replied 6-3 they would get to it as soon as possible. They consider the issue "low Priority."
