My daughters first job was at the Trenton Subway. She was a very dedicated employee. She was not old enough to drive at the time so I would take her and pick her up . I would watch all of the teens punch out on the time clock at 9pm as they were told to and then they had to START cleaning the place up. They were required to work until 11 pm, under the supervision of the owner and managers.
